Emergency care is very busy. This is because many people call 112 or the GP medical station. This is not always necessary. Telephone lines are therefore overloaded. It takes longer for people to be properly helped. We want to continue to give everyone the best possible care. You can help with that.

Prepare well

In the event of an emergency, you need the right care quickly. That’s why it’s important to know when, how, and who to contact. To help you with this, there is a simple step-by-step plan (see image above). Save this step-by-step plan or print it out. If everyone uses this schedule, the pressure on emergency care will decrease. In this way, together we ensure that everyone receives the right care on time.
